Position: Fabricator/Welder
Work Location: North Randall, OH 44128
Pay rate: $21.50/hr
Duration: 3+ Months role with high chances of extension/conversion
Shift: 7:30am - 4:00pm
Job Description:
Fabricates and assembles metal structures and equipment through the use of welders, cutters, shapers and measuring tools. Use multiple welding machines to repair and maintain metal equipment and structures of various sizes. Read and interpret diagrams, sketches and blueprints to determine operations, required materials and timeframes for projects.
The ideal candidate will have experience with MIG welding, especially with high heat applications, and must be able to pass a weld test demonstrating their proficiency.
Skills:
- Maintain attention to detail while operating welding equipment and tools safely
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Weld on various types of material
- Set up machine based on each task
- Use of cutting tools and other related equipment
- Operate forklifts (Will be trained)
- Must keep workstation clean and organized
- Perform other warehouse duties as needed
