Job Overview Anticipated End Date: July 20, 2026. Job Title: Facilities Associate Lead. Location: Chicago, Illinois (Full‑time, on‑site). The role requires direct, face‑to‑face collaboration and operational oversight of assigned properties. Job Level: Non‑Management Exempt. Workshift: 1st Shift (United States of America). Key Responsibilities Oversee daily staff activities and ensure all work orders are completed. Implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs for buildings, including tenant services. Plan renovation and repair projects, and oversee electrical, mechanical, and general construction activities for space projects and renovations. Administer energy management systems; provide recommendations for new systems and technologies. Respond to facility requests and resolve issues, delivering exceptional service to associates, visitors, vendors, and business partners. Coordinate conference room and meeting space setups, including furniture arrangements, room configurations, audiovisual readiness, and post‑event resets. Assist in emergencies as needed and work off‑hours when necessary. Minimum Requirements High School diploma or equivalent. State certificate of competency and journeyman level in an applicable trade. Minimum five (5) years of electrical and/or mechanical experience, with at least two (2) years of leadership experience. Valid driver’s license. Ability to lift or move objects up to 50 pounds. Preferred Skills & Experience Strong customer service skills and ability to build positive relationships. Experience coordinating conference room, meeting, and event space setups, including basic audiovisual support. Ability to prioritize multiple assignments and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. Experience managing vendor relationships and coordinating service providers. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and facility management software. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Salary and Benefits The salary range for this position is $70,048 to $105,072.
