Facilities Custodian Job Description
Polyram Compounds, LLC is currently seeking a skilled Facilities Custodian to join our facilities team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing day-to-day cleaning and organizational tasks, as well as being responsible for all inventory and supply ordering for the below tasks. The Facilities Custodian will also be responsible for maintaining the lawncare and landscaping. This position will also handle any other tasks that may come up that are appropriate for this roll that will be discussed at that time. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, have great time management, punctual and a self-sufficient.
Responsibilities:
- Cleaning, stocking and upkeep of:
- Supply Closet
- Cleaning Closet
- Front Lobby
- Offices
- Breakroom (and Coffee Bar)
- Conference Room
- Lab
- Bathrooms
- Cleaning consists of but is not limited to:
- Dusting
- Windows/Mirrors
- Sweeping and Mopping Floors
- Trash
- Lawncare and landscaping as needed.
Qualifications:
- Great punctuality and attendance.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Hourly Pay Rate: $17.00/hour
