LOCATIONSanta Rosa LagunaJOB PURPOSEResponsible for managing the efficient operation of assigned ALogis Artico cold storage facility, including planning and organizing preventive maintenance program, material handling equipment, safety and security, and compliance with rules and regulations. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESEnsure that all machines and equipment are in excellent working condition by conducting regular inspection, implement preventive maintenance and undertake corrective or emergency maintenance works to achieve customer satisfaction and operating cost efficienciesTo be assigned as the facility’s Pollution Control Officer and ensure compliance with DENR and other government-related compliances; Maintain safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following and enforcing standards and procedures; complying to government and legal regulationsHandle security, housekeeping and maintenance servicesEnhance the property and ensuring compliance with building codes through projects and building development;Handle internal and external facilities and operations auditsPrepare and reviews plans, estimates, scope of work for various projects; andMonitor construction or renovation works and ensures that all guidelines are strictly implementedProvides regular status updates to the Operations Manager and to the Facilities Area Manager QUALIFICATIONSA Licensed Mechanical EngineerWith atleast 2 years work experience in property managementFamiliarity in warehouse logistics or logistics operations is a plusA resident of Santa Rosa, Laguna or nearby areasWilling to work weekends and public holidays, and on-callEmail your cv/resume to
