About Us:
Optimum RV is a premier RV dealership dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and top-quality recreational vehicles. We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Facilities Maintenance professional to join our team. Pay up to $20.00 per hour.
Responsibilities:
- Performing routine maintenance tasks and repairs to ensure the proper functioning and appearance of our facilities.
- Conducting regular inspections of the premises to identify maintenance needs and address them promptly.
- Repairing or replacing faulty electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems as needed.
- Painting, carpentry, and other general repair tasks.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of facilities, including restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
- Lawn Maintenance and general groundskeeping duties
- Coordinating with external contractors for specialized repairs or maintenance.
- Keeping inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment, and ensuring proper storage and usage.
- Adhering to safety protocols and regulations at all times.
- Assisting with other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
- Prior experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.
- General knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Basic carpentry and painting skills.
- Ability to perform minor repairs and troubleshoot maintenance issues.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing maintenance needs.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
