Summary:

Technical Source is hiring a Facilities Maintenance Technician to support our pharmaceutical client in Westchester County, NY. This is a long-term position with a fast-paced, mission-critical team.

You'll act as the main point of contact in the Operations Command Center—monitoring site systems, responding to issues, and coordinating with teams such as engineering, property management, security, and R&D.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and analyze building systems (HVAC, UPS, power, etc.)
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate repairs
• Maintain optimal facility conditions to support R&D operations
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders and escalate when needed
• Manage maintenance requests and documentation via IWMS
• Support preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance
• Be available for 24/7 emergency support (including holidays)

Requirements:

• Knowledge of commercial/industrial HVAC systems and building management systems (BMS)
• 4-6 years experience with facilities maintenance
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and SharePoint
• Valid NYS Driver’s License
• Comfortable in fast-paced, high-stress environments
• Team-oriented with excellent customer service mindset
