Position Description:

Skills Required:

• Ability to work with hand tools. 
• The employee must be able to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, up to 100 pounds, occasionally. 
• This position requires that the employee work outdoors occasionally 
• Moves and sets up furniture; prepares rooms for scheduled programs and activities.

Preferred Skills:

• Ability to properly use equipment and materials related to general maintenance. 
• Ability to use proper cleaning agents or equipment to dust, sweep, and/or mop floors. 
• Willing to assist with office cleaning, trash disposal, as needed. Inspects mechanical equipment and makes minor repairs as necessary.

Required Education & Experience:

• High School diploma required
• Pressure washing, painting, and janitorial experience.
• Must possess and maintain a valid Florida Drivers License at all times.
