Creating purchase orders
Tracking spend on budget sheet
Site walks
Reporting if any issues or needed repair
Entering Badges/Access
Often quiet buildings
Looking for someone to learn and grow in the role
Excel is main software that is a must to know
Years of Experience needed: prefer that candidate has Finance background, exp not necessary
Level of Education: BA or associate degree
Systems/Software proficiencies: Tech Savvy (can learn new apps), Microsoft Office (Word and Excel mainly)
Certifications/Licenses: OSHA nice to have
Top Must have Skills: People Pleaser, Self-Motivating
Top Nice to have Skills: Finance background, Familiar with/Aware of trade environments or construction
