Hours: M-F 8-5pm

Remote/Hybrid/In-Person: In-Person (However flexible when needed)

Location: 2330 SW Lower Lake Rd. St Joseph, MO

Resource's typical working day:
They are looking for a seasoned facilities manager. 600,000 square feet. Everything about this plant is going well. Spent a lot of time turning the plant around. Troubleshooting and thinking outside the box. Going to be in charge of janitorial, fire system, HVAC chillers, and landscaping, forklifts. Have to have knowledge in all of those areas

Need facilities management experience
Have a background in fire system, chillers, air compressor
Going to have to have soft skills, put spreadsheets together
Need good interpersonal skills.
Clear understanding of budgeting process
Have a very good understanding of job hazard

Years of Experience needed: 5 years of facilities management experience, technical background

Level of Education: H.S Diploma

Systems/Software proficiencies: MS Office, Excel

Certifications/Licenses: n/a

Top Must have Skills:
Need facilities management experience
Have a background in fire system, chillers, air compressor
Going to have to have soft skills, put spreadsheets together
Need good interpersonal skills.
