We are currently seeking a Facilities Supervisor to support our clients and staff. The Facilities Supervisor is an integral part of our clients’ well‑being and our daily operations. Schedule Monday‑Friday 7am-3pm Essential Duties And Responsibilities Participates with Safety Committee, maintains and updates Safety Handbook, and ensures facility staff receive safety orientation and policy updates Ensures that routine housekeeping and maintenance tasks are completed in a timely manner Provide status updates to Facilities Manager Ensures that daily, weekly, and monthly walkthroughs are completed per program standards Has responsibility to respond to off‑hours facility emergencies Maintain relationships and coordinate services with approved vendors and contractors Maintains all applicable Building, NFPA, CARF/Life Safety Codes and regulations Complete required trainings and mandatory training hours Other duties as assigned Supervisory Responsibilities Supervises housekeeping and maintenance staff Required Qualifications Licensure, Education, & Experience High school diploma or equivalent preferred Plumbing, electrical, building and heating experience Job Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
