Role Description The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping team to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met throughout the property. Key tasks include scheduling staff, inspecting guest rooms and public areas, ensuring proper maintenance of cleaning equipment, and addressing concerns promptly. The Supervisor will coordinate with management, provide training, and foster a collaborative work environment. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Greenport, NY. Qualifications Strong Supervisory Skills and ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
