Facilities Supervisor Apply
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, maintenance, cleanliness, and overall upkeep of the campus facilities. This role ensures buildings and grounds are functional, clean, compliant with regulations, and consistently meet MRA’s standards of operation. Responsibilities Supervise, schedule, and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the maintenance and custodial staff to ensure consistent and efficient service delivery. Coordinate repairs and preventative maintenance programs. Assign tasks, establish priorities, and monitor performance to ensure standards are consistently met. Manage work order systems and prioritize maintenance requests. Manage and respond to work orders and service requests as needed, ensuring high-quality completion. Respond to emergencies. Conduct routine inspections of the buildings and grounds, monitor building systems, identify deficiencies, and ensure timely resolutions to correct. Ensure buildings are clean, safe, and fully operational. Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized services. Provide operational support for seasonal apartment turnover activities. Track supplies, equipment, and maintenance materials; coordinate replenishment and arrange for repairs or replacement if necessary. Participate in budget planning and cost control. Ensure efficient use of resources. Enforce safety, SOP’s, and regulatory compliance. Serve as a professional, responsive point of contact for campus stakeholders. Foster a positive, accountable, and team-oriented work environment. Perform additional duties as assigned to support operational and business needs. Qualifications 3-5 years of facilities or maintenance experience. Supervisory or team lead experience is strongly preferred. Knowledge of building systems and maintenance procedures.
