Facilities Supervisor/ManagerOur client is looking for an experienced and qualified Facilities Supervisor/Manager to oversee their manufacturing plant on 1st shift in North Andover, MA. This position will require overseeing the Facilities department and team as well as performing repairs and maintenance around the facility.The position duties include but are not limited to:Perform minor repair and/or replacement of plumbing fixtures, valves and other devices as required.Perform minor repairs and/or replacement of electrical fixtures devices and appliances as required.Supervise/Manage and direct Facility Technician.Coordinate and manage requirement for outside contractor activities.Provide a responsive and service oriented approach to equipment maintenance and support with an emphasis on ensuring production readiness and capability.Maintain production maintenance and preventative maintenance programs on process tools and equipment.Good written and interpersonal skills. Ability to use equipment manuals and internet to help find solutions to non-routine maintenance repairs.Make sure all maintenance is performed according to procedures and logs are updated subsequently.Place Purchase Orders to support maintenance and project activities.Maintain and assure compliance to all health and safety standards per industry standards and CMF policies and procedures.Assist with investigation review and recommendation for various equipment and projects.Perform audits as assigned.Requirements:Minimum of 5 years experience in manufacturing as a technician is required.Minimum of 1 year of supervisory or management experience.Must have experience with the maintenance of electrical, plumbing, and hydraulic systems and machinery.Manual agility and the ability to coordinate and accomplish facility maintenance and operation work.Must be able to stand and sit for long periods of time.Location: North Andover, MA Schedule: Mon-Fri 7am-3:30pm Pay: DOE ***This is a DIRECT HIRE position***
