Facilities Technician Apply
MalaceHR is seeking a skilled Facilities Technician to join our team at a 24/7 manufacturing site. The ideal candidate will perform a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks, with a focus on HVAC systems and general facility upkeep. This is a permanent position with the potential for long-term growth and conversion.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine and preventative maintenance on facility systems and equipment, including HVAC, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and general building components.

Monitor and inspect the facility to ensure safety, security, and proper operation.

Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems, controls, power systems, and mechanical components.

Replace lighting system bulbs, ballasts, and fixtures as needed.

Perform carpentry and basic plumbing repairs.

Move office furniture, machinery, and equipment as required.

Coordinate with vendors and assist in managing service contracts.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required.

2–4 years of facilities maintenance experience preferred.

Working knowledge of mechanical, HVAC, and electrical systems.

Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize multiple tasks.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
