We foster a culture of collaboration, inclusivity, and continuous improvement.About the RoleThe role involves performing on-site duties at the Internet Data Center (IDC) as per client requirements, ensuring prompt response to incidents, and maintaining infrastructure information with high accuracy.ResponsibilitiesPerform IDC (Internet Data Center) on-site duties as per Client requirements.Be able to arrive on-site promptly outside working hours in accordance with the IT operations incident management guidelines.Update and maintain infrastructure information with 100% accuracy, regularly check platform alarm settings, and monitor system availability and stability. 3.Be familiar with the IDC environment and monitoring systems, and conduct facility inspections as requirements, maintenance/repair MOP (Method of Procedure) review, and follow-up.Respond quickly and arrive on-site according to IT operations incident management guidelines, handling incidents promptly following EOP (Emergency Operation Procedure) and reporting them accordingly.Have a strong understanding of IDC infrastructure, including power supply, HVAC, and low-voltage electrical systems, and be able to quickly locate faults and restore services in case of an incident. 6.Be knowledgeable in infrastructure monitoring, capacity management to improve operational efficiency.Independently create and implement change MOPs, ensuring no incidents occur due to operational changes.
