Overseas Facility EngineerJob Responsibilities:1. Perform 5×8 IDC (Internet Data Center) on-site duties as per Client requirements. Beable to arrive on-site promptly outside working hours in accordance with the IToperations incident management guidelines.2. Update and maintain infrastructure information with 100% accuracy, regularly checkplatform alarm settings, and monitor system availability and stability.3. Be familiar with the IDC environment and monitoring systems, and conduct facilityinspections as per client's requirements, including but not limited to facility statuschecks, maintenance/repair MOP (Method of Procedure) review, and follow-up.4. Respond quickly and arrive on-site according to IT operations incident managementguidelines, handling incidents promptly following EOP (Emergency OperationProcedure) and reporting them accordingly.5. Have a strong understanding of IDC infrastructure, including power supply, HVAC,and low-voltage electrical systems, and be able to quickly locate faults and restoreservices in case of an incident.6. Be knowledgeable in infrastructure monitoring, capacity management, securitymanagement, and availability management to improve operational efficiency.7. Independently create and implement change MOPs, ensuring no incidents occur dueto operational changes.8. Complete other tasks as outlined in the Service Contract, OutsourcingRequirement Specification, and related attachments.
