Facility Maintenance Technician – 3rd Shift / Industrial Maintenance Technician

Location: Chantilly, VA

Join my client’s growing pharmaceutical manufacturing team and play a critical role in keeping advanced production systems running safely, efficiently, and in compliance with GMP standards. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on maintenance professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment supporting vital manufacturing operations that impact patient health worldwide.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Operate, maintain, and repair boilers, chillers, compressors, HVAC, and utility systems
  • Perform preventive maintenance and corrective repairs on production equipment
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical issues
  • Support equipment installations, commissioning, and validations
  • Maintain GMP and FDA-compliant maintenance documentation
  • Coordinate with outside vendors and respond to urgent maintenance needs

About You

  • Experience maintaining pharmaceutical or GMP-regulated facility utilities
  • Strong knowledge of steam boilers and HVAC humidification/dehumidification systems
  • Skilled in replacing compressors, motors, and valves within HVAC systems
  • Experience with USP purified water, clean steam, and waste neutralization systems
  • Boiler certification preferred
