Job Details Location: Lexington, NC 27262 Position: Full Time Salary: $26.00 - $29.00 per hour We are seeking a Facility Maintenance Technician to support the overall upkeep, organization, and appearance of our manufacturing facility. This is a hands‑on role focused on facility improvements, small repairs, and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment across the plant. This position plays a key role in ensuring our facility operates efficiently and reflects the high standards we expect across our operations. What You’ll Do Perform general facility maintenance and repairs (doors, walls, lighting, fixtures, etc.) Complete painting, patching, and minor carpentry or plumbing work Identify and address facility issues proactively through routine walkthroughs Help reduce clutter and improve organization and visual standards across the plant Maintain clean and orderly work areas during and after projects Support safety initiatives by ensuring walkways, storage areas, and workspaces are well‑maintained Assist with preventative maintenance tasks related to the facility Partner with maintenance and operations teams as needed What We’re Looking For Experience in facility maintenance, general maintenance, or handyman‑type work Ability to perform basic repairs across multiple trades (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, etc.) Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness, organization, and quality Self‑starter who can identify issues and take initiative without constant direction Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively Comfortable working in a manufacturing or industrial environment What Sets You Apart Previous experience in a manufacturing or production facility Strong sense of ownership and pride in improving facility conditions Ability to spot opportunities for improvement and act on them Why Join Us Stable, growing manufacturing company Team‑oriented environment with strong leadership support Opportunity to make a visible impact on the facility every day Competitive pay and benefits package Apply Today If you enjoy hands‑on work and take pride in improving and maintaining a facility, we’d love to hear from you.
