Job Overview

We are seeking a Facility Maintenance Technician to support facility operations in Oklahoma City. This is a long-term onsite opportunity ideal for candidates with hands-on experience in building maintenance, repairs, and preventive maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
  • Complete work orders and maintain accurate maintenance logs.
  • Perform general facility upkeep, including minor carpentry, painting, and repairs.
  • Assist with moving equipment and other physical maintenance tasks as required.
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure facility operations run smoothly.
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in facility, building, or general maintenance.
  • Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
  • Ability to safely operate hand tools and power tools.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Ability to work onsite in Oklahoma City, OK.
Preferred Qualifications

  • Relevant certifications such as HVAC, Electrical, OSHA, LOTO, or other safety-related training.
