Join JRC's Systems Engineering & Integration Team! We are seeking an organized and proactive Facility Manager to support the day-to-day operations of a mission-critical test facility consisting of office, laboratory, and specialized test environments. This role helps ensure the facility remains safe, functional, and prepared to support personnel, program activities, and customer engagements. NOTE: This is an onsite / Part-Time (20 hours/week) position with the potential to transition to full-time based on facility needs and candidate fit. What You'll Do Oversee day-to-day operations of office, laboratory, and test spaces. Coordinate with facility tenants, owner management, and service providers. Manage conference room scheduling and meeting coordination. Support office outfitting, workspace readiness, and space planning. Coordinate facility upkeep vendors (maintenance, cleaning, building services). Prepare facility spaces for program reviews, VIP visits, customer demonstrations, and major events. Support personnel onboarding, including access control coordination and badging processes. Monitor facility conditions and coordinate corrective actions when needed. What You Bring to the Table 3+ years of experience in facility operations, office management, workplace services, or building coordination. Experience coordinating vendors and service providers. Strong organizational and scheduling skills. Experience supporting shared office, lab, or technical workspaces. Strong communication and coordination abilities. Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance. Bonus Points Experience in defense, laboratory, or technical facility environments. Experience supporting executive visits or program demonstrations. Familiarity with access control processes or workplace safety procedures. OSHA 10 or equivalent safety training. Active Secret Clearance preferred.
