Join City Wide Facility Solutions as a Facility Solutions Manager, where you can leverage your managerial skills in the dynamic building maintenance industry! We are seeking a dedicated and client-focused professional to oversee our service operations and ensure that our clients receive unparalleled service and support.

As a Facility Solutions Manager, you will act as the primary point of contact for our commercial clients, playing a crucial role in maintaining and strengthening those relationships. You will be responsible for managing multiple accounts, supervising service teams, and ensuring compliance with service standards. Your goal will be to enhance client satisfaction while identifying opportunities for additional services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain ongoing relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and services are performed to the highest standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections to assess service quality and compliance.
  • Supervise and support service staff and contractors, facilitating training and performance evaluations.
  • Identify upsell opportunities and promote additional services to clients.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve client retention and satisfaction.
  • Manage client accounts efficiently by utilizing CRM tools for tracking interactions and service history.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in account management, operations, or related fields.
  • Proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering high-quality service.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
