Candidates should be adept at preparing necessary legal documents in connection with prenuptial agreements, initiating and finalizing divorces, alimony, child support/child custody, and real estate. - Minimum of three years experience in family law
- Minimum of three years of Trial experience
- Admitted to the Florida Bar
- Ability to work without much supervision
- Desire to be the best
- Represent clients in court proceedings as needed
- Draft pleadings, motions, contracts, marital settlement agreements, judgements, and orders for a high volume of cases
- Divide marital assets, including real estate, when necessary during divorce proceedings
- Work closely with paralegals and senior partners to ensure swift action through the civil litigation process
- Advocate on behalf of clients by understanding their needs, effectively analyzing the situation and forming a strategy for a plan of action
