Role Description

The attorney will manage caseloads efficiently while maintaining attention to detail and client satisfaction.


Qualifications

  • Strong understanding and practical experience with family law and related legal matters
  • Proficiency in handling contested legal issues, drafting motions, and preparing legal documentation
  • Experience representing clients in court proceedings
  • Excellent research skills and the ability to analyze complex legal information
  • Active license to practice law in the state of Texas
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Experience working with family law cases is highly preferred
