Key Responsibilities

• Provide thoughtful and responsive legal counsel on a variety of family law matters, including divorce, custody, and support.
• Manage a diverse caseload from inception through resolution, including mediation and litigation.
• Collaborate with other practice groups to provide holistic solutions for clients (e.g., coordinating with Estate Planning or Real Estate groups).
• Maintain the firm’s high standard of client communication and "world-class" service.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school and active membership in the Washington State Bar.
• Proven experience in Family Law (litigation and/or mediation).
• Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to handle sensitive cases with empathy and professionalism.
• Detail-oriented with a drive to achieve creative, successful outcomes for clients.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $140,000 and $160,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
