Family Law Attorney Apply
Responsibilities
- Independently manage a caseload of family law matters from intake through resolution.
- Draft and review pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement agreements.
- Appear in court for hearings, trials, and settlement conferences.
- Conduct legal research and provide strategic legal advice to clients.
- Work closely with clients to provide compassionate guidance and strong advocacy.
- Collaborate with colleagues to promote a positive and client-focused firm culture.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Licensed and in good standing with the Washington State Bar.
- Minimum of 3 years of family law experience required.
- Strong knowledge of Washington family law and local court rules.
- Proven litigation, negotiation, and case management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Commitment to professionalism, client service, and ethical practice.
