  • Independently manage a caseload of family law matters from intake through resolution.
  • Draft and review pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement agreements.
  • Appear in court for hearings, trials, and settlement conferences.
  • Conduct legal research and provide strategic legal advice to clients.
  • Work closely with clients to provide compassionate guidance and strong advocacy.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to promote a positive and client-focused firm culture.

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Licensed and in good standing with the Washington State Bar.
  • Minimum of 3 years of family law experience required.
  • Strong knowledge of Washington family law and local court rules.
  • Proven litigation, negotiation, and case management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Commitment to professionalism, client service, and ethical practice.
