Job Title: Family Law Attorney

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney to provide exceptional legal representation and client service. This role requires strong litigation skills, strategic case planning, and effective communication with clients throughout critical case stages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute case strategies with clients.
• Draft family law documents, including complaints, motions, declarations, and trial briefs.
• Prepare clients for court proceedings and represent them in Middlesex, Essex, and Suffolk Counties.
• Communicate case solutions and strategies effectively

Requirements

Key Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 3 years in family law (5+ years preferred) with trial experience.
• Strong client focus and ability to deliver exceptional customer service under pressure.
• Licensed to practice law in Massachusetts with a valid MA driver’s license.
• High standard of professionalism and representation.
