Role: Family Law Attorney
Location: New Jersey
Bar Admission: Active member in good standing with the New Jersey State Bar

• Experience:

  • Prior experience as an attorney in a family law firm.
  • In-depth knowledge of family law and litigation complexities in New Jersey.

• Skills:

  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to manage a caseload independently from start to finish.
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.

1. Case Management:

   • Handle a variety of family law matters, including divorce, custody, support, and mediation.

2. Client Interaction:

   • Conduct consultations, provide tailored legal advice, and maintain strong client relationships.

3. Document Drafting:

   • Prepare and review legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.

4. Court Representation:

   • Advocate for clients in family court proceedings and mediations.

5. Negotiation:

   • Negotiate settlements that align with clients' best interests, in and out of court.

6. Research & Development:

   • Conduct legal research and stay updated on New Jersey family law changes.

7. Team Collaboration:

   • Work with senior attorneys and support staff to deliver successful outcomes and exceptional client service.
