Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Family Law Paralegal, based in Davis, CA. The Family Law Paralegal will be responsible for preparing and reviewing legal documents, conducting legal research, managing case files, and facilitating communication between attorneys, clients, and relevant third parties. The role requires managing deadlines, organizing case documentation, and ensuring smooth legal operations within the firm.

Qualifications

• At least two years of family law experience
• Proficiency in Law and Legal Document Preparation
• Experience with Legal Research and Document Review
• Strong Communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with clients and legal professionals
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site, team-oriented environment
• A candidate who has a passion for working with survivors of domestic violence is a plus.
