We are a small firm with a primary emphasis on family law. We are well established, practicing for nearly 30 years and looking for a qualified, motivated, and organized person to challenge and grow. This position is full-time with some flexibility. Hours will generally be 8:30 to 5:00.

We require a full-time Paralegal, with family law experience. Successful candidates must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess the ability to prioritize well in a fast-paced environment with time sensitive issues.

Experience with E-filing, docketing, calendaring case deadlines, hearing and trial preparation, drafting of pleadings, correspondence, and Rule 16.2 disclosures and discovery is a must. The candidate must have the ability to prepare and draft sworn financial statements, discovery responses, and work well with clients. Must be a notary or be eligible for the same. Competitive salary and compensation will be commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

Experience with

• Legal Document Preparation skills including preparation of financial disclosures,

discovery, Research, motions drafting, and trial preparation.

• Communication skills
• Research and Document Review skills
• Experience in family law is essential
