Position Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO) to join a well-established, hospital-employed primary care team in Northwest Ohio. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive environment with a strong referral base, modern facilities, and a focus on quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for patients of all ages.
  • Collaborate with a team of experienced physicians, advanced practice providers, and clinical staff.
  • Participate in hospital quality initiatives and care coordination efforts.
  • Maintain accurate and timely patient records through EMR.
  • Option to teach medical students and residents, if desired.
  • Minimal call responsibilities; phone call only, shared equally among group.

Qualifications:

  • MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
  • Active or eligible for Ohio medical licensure.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Commitment to high-quality patient care and team collaboration.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive base salary with RVU-based productivity incentives.
