Job Summary:

As a Family Medicine Physician, you will play a vital role within our multidisciplinary healthcare team. You will provide comprehensive healthcare to patients of all ages, backgrounds with a focus on preventative care, health maintenance, counseling, and patient education. 

Duties:

1. Provide full scope of primary care services which fall under the field of family medicine services including but not limited to diagnosis, treatment, coordination of care, preventive care and health maintenance for patients from pediatric to geriatric.

2. Educate patients and/or families about preventative care, medical treatments, disease management, medication usage and side effect management.

3. Conduct physical exams, collect and document patient health histories, manage chronic diseases, and assess health risk factors.

4. Collaborate with clinical staff and specialists to ensure the delivery of high quality and comprehensive health care.

5. Participate in ongoing, continuous health center quality improvement processes and initiatives.

6. Maintain a professional, safe, and therapeutic environment for both staff and patients. 

7. Develop patient rapport and facilitate a professional and compassionate patient-doctor relationship.

8. Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with all federal and state health information privacy laws.

9. Attend relevant medical conferences and staff meetings for continuous professional growth and development. 

10. Conduct regular check-ups to patients to assess their health condition and discover possible issues.

Requirements

  • MD/DO License (Or in process of Obtaining)
  • Residency Completed in USA (Excluding Puerto Rico)
