Job Summary:

The Family Medicine Physician is a crucial part of our healthcare network in San Manuel, AZ. This professional will provide comprehensive health care services to patients of all ages with a focus on disease prevention and health management. An ideal candidate would have a keen interest in contributing to a healthier community, demonstrating a commitment to excellence in family medicine, and fostering a friendly environment that couples with the dynamic nature of the role.

Key Duties:

1. Deliver full range of family medicine services including but not limited to diagnosis, treatment, prevention, health education, and counseling to patients of all ages.

2. Evaluate patient's health status through physical examinations and interpret results of diagnostic tests.

3. Coordinate with specialist physicians and other health professionals when required.

4. Develop and implement patient management plans in conjunction with patient's needs and assessments.

5. Ensure that all patient care activity is compliant with the established procedures, protocols, and policies.

6. Participate in quality improvement, management, continuing education, and patient care programs.

7. Engage with family members to discuss patient's health progression, treatment, and improvement plans when necessary.

8. Stay up-to-date with the newest trends in family medicine and incorporate them into patient care.

9. Collaborate and supervise physician's assistants and nurse practitioners in fulfilling their patient care responsibilities. 

10. Maintain the confidentiality of all patient information according to federal and state guidelines and regulations.

Other Requirements:

• Arizona MD/DO License (Or able to obtain)
• Completion of Family Medicine Program in USA (Excluding Puerto Rico)
