Family Nurse Practitioner Apply
Job Description
- Work Dates Needed: ASAP - 11/26/25 (or until perm is hired)
- Preferred Schedule: Mon (12-5p), Tues (7:30a-4:30p); Wed (8a - 5p); Thurs (7:30-5p) with a 30 min unpaid lunch
- Worksite Setting: Family Medicine Clinic
- Scope of Work: Occupational Medicine and Family Medicine seeing all ages
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: NP Board Certification, NY license, BLS, DEA, and 2 years of experience. Must have workers' comp experience.
- EMR: EPIC
- Pay Rate Preferred: $100-105/hr. + travel costs if needed.
