Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver primary care services to a diverse patient population.
  • Conduct physical examinations, evaluations, assessments, diagnoses, and treatments.
  • Prescribe medications and treatment regimens based on clinical assessments.
  • Refer patients to specialists and coordinate care with other healthcare providers.
  • Supervise and guide nursing and support staff in patient care activities.
  • Adhere to departmental policies, procedures, and quality improvement standards.
  • Participate in health promotion, education, and prevention programs.
  • Monitor and document patient symptoms, reactions, and progress.
  • Provide On-Call coverage as required.
  • Educate patients on medication usage and non-pharmaceutical care options.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Medical Degree (MD or DO).
  • Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine.
  • Active medical license in the state of Massachusetts.
  • ACLS or CPR/AED certification.
  • Valid DEA, DEA-X, and Massachusetts Controlled Substance licenses for prescribing authority.
  • Eligibility for unrestricted clinical privileges at affiliated healthcare facilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
