We are currently seeking a Farm Operations Supervisor to join our team. This key leadership role offers a dynamic mix of responsibilities, centered around shop maintenance, equipment upkeep, and mechanical work, while also providing room to grow and tailor the role to your unique strengths.

- Oversee and manage all shop and maintenance operations for a variety of farm equipment.
- Supervise, train, and support other employees in their maintenance duties.
- Assist management with the planning and execution of daily tasks, ensuring all operations run smoothly.
- Operate large-scale farm machinery, including precision ag equipment, while also guiding others in its use.
- Maintain accurate written and electronic records of maintenance and operational activities.
- Participate in the operation of large farm equipment, both in the field and the shop.
