Teriyaki Madness is hiring for various positions on their restaurant team, including cashier, server, helper, and cook. The primary responsibility for all roles is to provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced food environment, ensuring customers have a positive dining experience.

• Server Duties:

  • Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner and provide menus.
  • Take orders accurately using the POS system.
  • Deliver food and beverages promptly.
  • Bus tables and ensure the dining area is clean and inviting.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order preparation.
  • Handle cash transactions and provide recommendations to guests.

• General Responsibilities for All Roles:

  • Sanitize work areas and dining equipment per health and safety standards.
  • Assist in various other tasks as needed, including food prep, cooking, and serving.

• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks during busy periods.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions.
• Ability to work efficiently with kitchen staff and other team members.
• Familiarity with POS systems (Aloha POS or similar).
• Knowledge of sanitation practices and food safety.
• Previous restaurant or grocery store experience is preferred but not required.
