Bowhead seeks a Project Manager to join the TIMS team supporting the CBP Passenger Systems Program Directorate. The role is primarily onsite in Ashburn, VA, with telework at government discretion. You will ensure planning, execution, and oversight of all TIMS work under the SOW, maintain staffing levels, and meet deadlines and budget targets. The ideal candidate has a BS in IS/Engineering/CS/Business (MS preferred), 8–10 years of federal IT PM experience, PMP certification, and strong #J-18808-Ljbffr
