Job Summary


Please follow the instructions in the \\\"How to Apply\\\" section.

Provides office support in the Counseling Department.
Duties include but are not limited to: providing excellent customer service via telephone, in person, and virtually maintaining student/client confidentiality; scheduling and checking in appointments, determining needs and directing students; data entry, word processing;
searching for and downloading/emailing career assessments, filing, making copies, and distributing mail.
Other projects as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Familiarity with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Calendar, Google Docs
  • Ability to maintain a courteous, friendly manner when working with students and staff virtually, on the phone, or in person; demonstrates patience and excellent
  • customer service skills
  • Ability to maintain client confidentiality
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks while maintaining attention to details
  • Ability to work with a diverse population
  • Ability to keep a work schedule and present yourself in a professional manner
