Position Overview The Feed Mill Maintenance Manager is responsible for the repair, service, and preventative upkeep of mill equipment, rolling stock, and plant infrastructure. This position ensures equipment reliability, minimal downtime, and safe operation. Key Responsibilities • Lead equipment maintenance and preventative programs • Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems • Prioritize work orders and equipment repairs • Maintain service records and documentation • Coordinate vendor and contractor work • Support facility upgrades and efficiencies • Train staff on safe operations and lockout/tagoutQualifications • Associate or Bachelor in Industrial Maintenance or related • 3+ years industrial/ag maintenance experience • Strong mechanical aptitude (hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical) • Ability to read schematics/blueprints • Familiar with OSHA/FSMA standards • Strong communication and prioritization skills Compensation & Benefits • Competitive salary commensurate with experience
