Note: Shift Hours: 7pm-7am (10 hours and 35 mins, (4) 15 mins breaks and 25 min lunch). Please note the following key points: Steal Toe Shoes are required since Day 1. 12 hours shift Lunch break will be paid. Opportunity for conversion. Opportunity for OT. Schedule (4) days off, (4) days on. Can start with Cleared DT while BG is running. Site Tour Required. Must-Have Skills:

• Ability to lift and handle cartons weighing up to 50 lbs regularly
• Strong attention to detail for quality checks and audits
• Knowledge and use of safe working techniques and PPE
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Basic computer skills and ability to use Plant Floor Data Collection systems
• General math and measuring skills (calculator, tape measure, ruler)
• Ability to operate electric pallet jacks
• General mechanical aptitude

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Forklift (lift truck) certification
• Experience operating shrink tunnels and robotic packaging equipment
• Familiarity with carton quality standards
• Experience in flat pack or sorting operations
• Experience with testing devices (Chatillon, E J Caddy, Mettler PM 480, Fluke IR Thermometer)
• Ability to pass Farnsworth Munsell 100 Hue Test

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

• Feed cartons onto conveyor belts and pack cartons using automatic or manual packing methods
• Perform bulk-pack, break-away, case-pack operations, and operate shrink tunnel and robotic equipment
• Conduct quality checks and audits on cartons during production
• Transport pallets of cartons using electric pallet jacks in non-forklift traffic areas
• Maintain housekeeping, 5S standards, and follow plant initiatives and core values
• Comply with all safety requirements, PPE usage, and operational guidelines

• Ability to work safely while standing, packing, and transporting cartons
• Basic math, measurement, and computer skills
• Ability to follow detailed training, quality, and safety instructions
• Willingness to perform additional duties as assigned by department management
