Join to apply for the Fenergo Configuration Analyst role at Davies North America Application Deadline: 9 January 2026 Department: Graduates Location: Home, United States Description: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Fenergo Configuration Analyst to join our growing team. This role is ideal for professionals with 2 to 4 years of hands‑on experience configuring the Fenergo platform, particularly in client lifecycle management (CLM), onboarding, and regulatory compliance workflows. Key Responsibilities Configure and customize the Fenergo platform to meet client-specific requirements. Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and project managers to translate functional specifications into technical configurations. Support the implementation of Fenergo modules including KYC, AML, and Client Onboarding. Conduct unit testing and assist with system integration and user acceptance testing. Troubleshoot and resolve configuration issues in a timely manner. Maintain documentation of configuration changes and best practices. Stay current with Fenergo product updates and regulatory changes impacting configuration. Skills, Knowledge & Expertise 2–4 years of experience configuring the Fenergo platform in a financial services environment. Strong understanding of CLM, KYC, AML, and regulatory compliance processes. Experience with XML, XSLT, SQL, and Fenergo Rules Engine is preferred. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
