Overview SwimUSA Fiberglass Pools is a boutique manufacturer of premium fiberglass pool and spa shells, handcrafted in Hammonton, New Jersey. We are actively looking to expand our manufacturing production team with skilled laborers. There are currently multiple open positions available! We are currently accepting applications for multiple open positions, as described below. We prefer applicants with backgrounds in fiberglass pool or boat manufacturing, repair, or similar industries, although we do not require prior experience for all open positions. All positions are in-person at the SwimUSA Fiberglass Pools Manufacturing Facility located at: SwimUSA Fiberglass Pools 1111 Reading Avenue Hammonton, New Jersey 08037 Open Positions Chopper Gun Operator/Laminator This position requires experience operating a fiberglass chopper gun! Job description: Chopper Gun Operator/Laminator is responsible for operating chopper guns to apply chopped fiberglass, ensuring precise application and quality control. SwimUSA requires applicants to have experience with a fiberglass chopper gun for this position. Roller We prefer candidates to have experience in fiberglass rolling; however, we offer job training for this position! Job description: Rollers work alongside Chopper Gun and Gelcoat Sprayers to ensure fiberglass is evenly applied, rolled, and smoothed. The roller plays a key role in delivering a quality structure to each pool shell. Mold Repair Technician & Mold Builder This position requires prior experience with fiberglass mold repair! Job description: Inspecting, repairing, and maintaining fiberglass pool molds to ensure they are in top condition for production. This includes building and modifying molds, repairing damage, sanding, polishing, cleaning and re-tooling. Experience with fiberglass mold repair is required for this position. General Production Laborer / Runner No experience required. Job training available, must be willing to learn and follow directions! Job description: Assisting in various stages of production, for example, clean up, replace floor sheeting, supplying production crews with tools and supplies, providing the production coordinator with status updates of builds, keeping work areas organized, and following safety protocols. Outfitting Assistant Experience with fiberglass pools or boats, especially with finishing details, is highly beneficial! Job description: Assisting in the final stages of pool production by installing tile and hardware fittings. Applicants for this position must have a keen eye and attention to detail, ensuring each pool is outfitted to our quality control standards. Load Crew Assistant Experience loading and/or strapping heavy equipment on a trailer! Job description: Helping the transportation crew load and strap down pools for safe transport. This role requires a keen eye for safety and transportation compliance, as well as attention to detail to ensure pools are properly secured for shipment. Other responsibilities include vehicle and trailer prep. Fiberglass Repair Technician Experience with fiberglass pool, boat, or components repair is required! Job description: Repair technicians are responsible for repairing fiberglass pools at our facility. You will address any surface and structure imperfections that arise during the manufacturing process. Applicants must have gelcoat and fiberglass repair experience.
