Job Description The role is responsible for providing technical fiduciary tax expertise to Private Bank client teams, focusing on differentiating client service and expanding client relationships. Key responsibilities include providing accurate and timely tax reporting for accounts, utilizing product knowledge to address client needs, and conducting research to resolve tax issues while advising on the treatment of transactions and technical matters. Job expectations include complying with client focused service standards, bank standards and policies, and federal and state fiduciary tax reporting requirements. Responsibilities Provides technical tax expertise and ensures assigned accounts are fulfilled to achieve client service standards Reviews and prepares complex federal and state fiduciary income tax returns. Complies with bank standards and policies, federal and state tax law, and client service standards Acts as a tax technical resource for Fiduciary Tax Service associates and Private Bank client teams Develops and delivers technical or systems related tax trainings to the tax department, while serving as the point of contact for questions or inquiries related to tax Skills Account Management Attention to Detail Interpret Relevant Laws, Rules, and Regulations Policies, Procedures, and Guidelines Management Relationship Building Client Management Issue Management Prioritization Risk Management Tax Administration Business Process Analysis Client Experience Branding Coaching Learning Delivery Record Keeping Minimum Education Requirement High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent Shift 1st shift (United States of America) Hours Per Week 40 #J-18808-Ljbffr
