Job Description **** As a Solutions Software Field Application Engineer (FAE), you will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless integration of our software solutions with customer hardware SoC/IoT systems. You will collaborate closely with our engineering team to provide valuable product feedback and serve as a liaison between customers and engineers. Your primary responsibilities will include supporting the sales team and managing customer-specific projects that integrate with our products. Key Responsibilities: Integrate customer support software with our solutions. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for software integration. Collaborate closely with engineers to provide product feedback and improvements. Act as a liaison between customers and the engineering team, ensuring smooth communication and issue resolution. Develop, support, and demonstrate proof of concepts using our hardware development kits. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for customers. Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies. Support customer visits and trade shows as requested. Qualifications: BS or MS (BS) degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering Minimum 3 years of Software programming experience. Proficiency in MATLAB programming. Experience in software integration and customer support. Ability to work collaboratively with engineering within an agile process. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
