The Role: 

Flagstone Roofing & Exteriors is seeking a strategic, high-energy Sales Representative to join our Austin team. In this role, you act as a consultant for homeowners, helping them navigate the complexities of roof replacement and insurance claims. This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position designed for the "Trailblazer"—someone who can enter a neighborhood, build trust quickly, and manage their own sales cycle from start to finish.

Detailed Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Actively canvassing and networking to build a steady stream of prospects.
  • Inspections: Climbing ladders and walking roofs to document damage.
  • Closing: Presenting solutions and getting contracts signed in the field.
  • Management: Tracking your own performance metrics and following up on every lead with urgency.

The Payoff: 

We believe in rewarding those who take ownership. Our compensation structure is 100% uncapped commission with additional bonuses for top performance. Whether you want to make $10k or $30k a month, the path is open to you.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in sales (roofing experience is a plus, but not required).
  • Strong communication skills and a professional appearance.
  • Ability to work a flexible, field-based schedule.
