Job Summary (Field Construction Manager)

- Lead and supervise multiple utility field operations, including pole inspections, structural restorations, and tower maintenance.
- Oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and project specifications.
- Conduct project kickoff meetings to align field teams, contractors, and supervisors.
- Manage material coordination, resolve technical queries, and ensure compliance with engineering and safety protocols.
- Identify hazards and enforce corrective safety measures on-site.
- Oversee quality assurance for contractor work, especially restoration activities.
- Coordinate project schedules, field crews, and prepare reports for senior management.
- Utilize strong technical expertise and leadership skills to manage multi-site operations.
- Communicate effectively in English (B2 C1 level) to coordinate with various stakeholders.
