Job Description

We are seeking a Field-Focused Engineer who has personally worked on fluid systems in real-world environments , not just designed them.


If your experience is primarily CAD, simulation, or academic projects, this role is not a fit.


Must-Have Experience (Read Before Applying)

To be considered, you must have hands-on experience with ALL of the following:

  • Fluid systems involving pumps, piping, and valves
  • Field commissioning, installation, or startup support
  • Troubleshooting real-world system performance issues onsite


Candidates without field commissioning experience will not be considered.


What You’ll Actually Do:

  • Design and develop fluid handling systems
  • Perform flow, pressure, and pump sizing calculations
  • Create CAD models and BOMs (SolidWorks)
  • Work directly with manufacturing to build systems
  • Travel to customer sites to:
  • Install and commission systems
  • Troubleshoot performance issues
  • Support customers hands-on


You will take ownership from design → build → field performance


Who This Role Is For:

This role is ideal for someone who has worked as:

  • Field Engineer
  • Commissioning Engineer
  • Applications Engineer (hands-on equipment)
  • Mechanical Engineer with significant field experience


Who This Role Is NOT For:

  • Design-only Mechanical Engineers
  • Simulation / FEA / CAD-focused roles
  • Entry-level or academic-only backgrounds
  • Technicians without engineering ownership


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related)
  • 2–5+ years of hands-on fluid systems experience
  • Proven experience with:
  • Pumps, piping, valves
  • System commissioning / installation
  • Strong troubleshooting mindset
