Job Description:
Day to Day Work:
- Break fix repair of Industry standard enterprise level servers, blades, storage and networking equipment.
- Working with various teams in the data center environment to schedule service outages, repairs, and validations, inventory control and the associated paperwork.
- Interact in a professional manner with onsite customer personnel and the local team.
Requested Skills:
- Background in Hardware Server and /or Storage repairs, Data center experience as plus
- Excellent communication skills.
- Positive Attitude and mechanical aptitude to assist in troubleshooting complex.
- Specific Server and Storage training will be provided
- Learn and retain proprietary processes.
- Must have HANDS ON Smart Hands experience in data center, knowledge on router and switches, break-fix on Dell Equipment.
- Help/support desk is not qualified skills for this role.
- A+ Certified only!
