Field Engineer – Heavy Civil / Infrastructure Why this role is good for you Our client, a Massachusetts contractor committed to training and developing the next generation of leaders, is seeking a Field Engineer. What you’ll be working on (and more) Support field execution on heavy-civil jobs in highways, bridges, marine, rail, and transit facilities—layout, quantities, submittals/RFIs, QC/QA, and day-to-day coordination that keeps crews productive and safe. What you’ll do day-to-day Assist with field engineering, layouts, and schedules. Support project managers and superintendents. Maintain documentation and technical reporting. Familiarity with HCSS, Vista, CAD, or Primavera preferred. Teamwork, problem-solving skills, and eagerness to grow.
