Lift Service/minor repair Engineer – Dorset / HampshireSalary: £45,000 – £55,000 (depending on experience)We are recruiting for an experienced Lift Service Engineer to join a well-established and growing lift engineering business covering the Dorset and Hampshire region.This role offers a structured workload, a defined regional patch, and clear earning potential.The RoleCarrying out planned maintenance, servicing, and small repairs on passenger and goods liftsAttending breakdowns and carrying out fault finding across multiple manufacturers and control systemsEnsuring all work is completed in line with current industry standards and safety regulationsManaging your own service route efficientlyDelivering a high standard of customer service on-siteRequirementsNVQ Level 3 in Lift Engineering (essential)Proven experience in lift servicing and maintenanceStrong fault-finding and diagnostic capabilityGood working knowledge of LOLER and BS EN standardsFull UK driving licenceReliable, professional, and able to work independentlyAble to provide referencesPackage & BenefitsSalary: £45,000 – £55,000 (dependent on experience)Annual pay review in line with inflationCompany vehicleMonday to Friday, 08:00 – 16:30Call-Out & Overtime1 in 4 call-out rotaStandby payment: £300 per weekDoor-to-door pay on call-outsOvertime paid at enhanced ratesAdditional Benefits£2,000 bonus payable upon successful completion of probation (subject to terms and conditions)What to ExpectA no-nonsense working environment — realistic routes, proper support, and engineers given the time and tools to do the job correctly.
